Don’t Bite The Apple Eve

We all know that she did and why did she have to do that Lord. Menstrual cramps are from the devil himself. Sometimes the pain can be unbearable. Although I only experience cramping the first, sometimes the second day of my cycle, I wish I didn’t at all. My cramps can get so bad that I wake up out of my sleep in a fetal position. Nausea, diarrhea, poor appetite, it gets bad. Below are some of the things I do to ease the pain.

  1. Exercise (mainly cardio)
  2. Bananas
  3. Midol 
  4. Tiger balm
  5. Hot bath

    Exercise certainly helps! I drink lots of water and strive to eat as clean as I can. Back when my tub wasn’t creepy, my friend ran warm bath water with African Herbal Oil for me to soak in. That helped A LOT!

    Idk if this is the best thing but I always eat a bowl of chocolate ice cream within the first 3 days I menstruate. It always makes me feel better for some reason… I take multiple hot, hot showers a day and definitely get as much sleep as a can.
